Family Social Evening – Friday 12th September, Arrival from 7:45pm
Dear COPGC Parents/Guardians,
You’re warmly invited to our Cheese, Wine, Coffee & Cake evening – a relaxed and friendly social for all our gymnastics families!
✨ How it works (Jacobs Join style):
Bring along your favourite cake (homemade or shop-bought), a cheese you love, a board of nibbles or a bottle of wine to share.
We’ll create a fabulous table of treats for everyone to enjoy together.

A fabulous spread of treats, meet new friend plus a free fun bingo game with prizes and a chance to meet other parents and get to know the coaching team better.
We will have plastic cups but if you would like to bring your own wine glass please bring your own from home, for hot drinks please feel free to use one of our gym’s cup and saucer sets, or bring your favourite one from home to enjoy your drink in style!
No childcare? No problem!
We’ll be showing a film in the dance studio to keep little ones entertained while you socialise - there will be a 45 minute gym play then movie time. £4
£2 adult donation to cover some decorations/facility use: £2 per person and all extra money raised will go towards fundraising
All proceeds go towards fundraising for improvements to our family areas, including seating, play zones, and café-style upgrades.

Please do not bring any items containing nuts children cannot bring packed lunches but there will be snacks available onsite (families bringing children please add crisps/sweets on to the children’s snack table in the studio)
(please note it’s mainly an adults-only event so parents can relax, however we understand that some may not have childcare so have the option for children to come play then watch the cinema.
