Our gymnastics parties are designed to keep children engaged and entertained while parents can relax and enjoy the celebration. With plenty of space, exciting activities, and an all-inclusive package, we guarantee a memorable experience for all!

 

For just £350, your gymnastics party includes:

Additional children can join the fun for just £15 per child (up to a maximum of 10 extra children, aged 9+ months counting toward numbers).

Standard Party Package:

• Standard hire price for 1 party: £350
• Price with -10% guest discount: (attend a party at COPGC and all guests get a discount) (10% of £350= £35 saving) = £315.00
• Price with -15% club member discount: (15% of £350= £52.50 saving) = £297.50
• Price with -15% member discount and 10% referral discount: (25% of £350 = £87.50) = £262.50

 

Exclusiver Use Package and discounts.

 

1. What happens if we have more than 16 children? We can accommodate up to 10 additional children for an extra £15 per child, making the maximum total 26 children.

 

2. Where are parents during the party? Parents are welcome to be in the gym during the gymnastics session to supervise and enjoy the fun alongside the kids.

 

3. Is the facility exclusive use? No, the facility is not exclusive use. Our center is 20,000 sq. ft. and can comfortably accommodate 80+ children, so there is plenty of space for everyone. For most of your party, there will typically be 2 parties in the main hall, with the third group in the party room.

We only ever book a maximum of 3 parties at any one time.

 

4. Can I hire the facility for exclusive use? Yes! For exclusive use, you will need to book 3 parties during the same time slot. When booking 3 parties, you’ll receive a £150 discount on the hire price. This discount is in addition to any other discounts you may qualify for, such as:

5. Are decorations provided? Yes, we provide all decorations based on the theme color you select at booking.

 

6. Can we bring additional food or decorations? No outside food or decorations are permitted, except for a birthday cake. If you’d like a themed party, we can provide it for just £25 extra with options including:

7. Is the birthday cake included? Yes! Every party includes a free birthday cake that serves up to 20 guests, presented on a cake stand for the celebration. You may also bring your own birthday cake if you would like to have a second.

 

8. How do I pay? A £75 non-refundable deposit is paid via our online shop booking here when you book your party. The remaining balance must be paid via cash or bank transfer at least 7 days before the party.

 

9. What food will there be? Children have drink, crisps, cupcake, small snacks, french fries and hot dogs (veggie or standard). Adults will have a nibble platter. There will be a hot drink station in the party food room for your adult guests to make teas/coffees.

 

9. How accessible is the venue? Please note that the venue is not suitable for persons who struggle with steps and uneven surfaces. The gymnastics hall has various levels of uneven matting / steps and both party rooms are situated upstairs. At present we do not have a lift access to upstairs so before booking please ensure all party guests are confortable with stairs.
