These sessions are listed as GymExtras but are only £1, as we’re offering them as optional top-ups for our gymnasts. Spaces are very limited, so please book online via the shop to secure your place.
Open to invited COPGC members only going to N.Ireland.
We realise some gymnasts already train at this time however this is the only time we could fit these in. Thank you - Please note if we are shorter on staff on this day this may need to be cancelled - while we hope this wont happen we will let customers know as soon as we can.
