Spain Competition – Deposit & Booking Information
A non-refundable deposit for the Spain competition is required by 6th July 2025. Please note that, as this event is being held at a smaller venue, the competition organiser may place a cap on the number of entries each club can submit.
If this happens and we reach a cap, we reserve the right to close our booking system before the deadline.
Important: Please do not book any flights or accommodation until you have received confirmation from the club that your gymnast has been successfully entered into the competition.
Please note that the event entry does not include flights, accommodation, or transfers. Parents and guardians must ensure they take note of all payment deadlines. This is considered a family trip, and therefore an adult must accompany their child. COPGC coaches will only be responsible for gymnasts during the competition itself.
For those members who may have siblings training over 6 hours, we have asked the host club whether there is a possibility of running a higher-level two-piece competition on the same weekend. This is currently under review by the host club, and they aim to update us with their decision soon. If this goes ahead, we will send invitations to the eligible gymnasts.
