4th/5th/6th April 2025 @ City of Preston Gymnastics Centre.
Spring Setworks competition entry payment for City of Preston Gymnasts only.
Girls & Boys Competition for all levels. All gymnasts eligible - except FIG gymnasts.
(Rules are being finalised so please bare with coaches if they are unsure of level at the moment - it may take them a few sessions to trial out some of the new skills to give exact levels)
Gymnasts will be working these routines as part of their programme and all gymnasts except FIG are expected to enter.
The rules have been adapted to fit the new needs of the new programme set by British Gymnastics and all sets have now been changed to relfect these changes.
As a result of these changes rules have become harder this year therefore more emphasis is building strength, fine tuning flexibility and building power for skills for the future therefore the routines this year are without music and with minimal dance for all levels. This will help gymnasts concentrate solely on these harder skills and key areas for this comp to improve on these for this competition without artistry distractions.
There will be plenty of comps where artistry will come back in so dont worry!
All entries are none refundable. FRIDAY evening will only be used if needed and there are high numbers of entries. Please be available for the whole weekend as refunds are not available if you cannot make the day.
