All Stage 1 and Rising Stars / Preschool classes are 45-minute lessons.

All days run for 6 weeks — swipe the table on mobile if needed.

Who Can Join?

• Age Requirement: School-age children (Reception and above). Younger children should start in our Parent-and-Child classes.
• Rising Stars: Ages 3.5+ (starting school Sept 2025) & Reception. If a child isn’t quite ready, we may suggest switching to a parent-assisted session.

Support & Participation

• Children needing more confidence may benefit from Parent-and-Child classes.
• We cannot provide 1:1 support in group classes.
• Parents are not permitted to assist in independent sessions.

Booking Info

• Bookings are non-refundable.
• You’ll receive a link to complete emergency/medical details two days before the course begins.

Location

City of Preston Gymnastics & Performance Centre Unit 2, Campbell Street, Preston, PR1 5LX Near New Hall Lane & Ribbleton Avenue – parking is limited.

What to Wear

• Leotard or fitted vest/sports crop/swimming costume; optional shorties or leggings.
• No loose t-shirts unless proper sportswear (may untuck or cover the head during handstands).
• Avoid baggy clothing. Club kit is available at reception.

Spectator Info

• Fundraiser café (loft area) with hot & cold snacks.
• Confectionery and drinks at reception.
• Watch from the upstairs standing area, or use prime viewing barstools with a £2 café minimum spend.
• No outside food or drinks permitted.

After the Course

• Children continue in their class unless advised otherwise.
• Classes transition to monthly Direct Debit.
• 2 months’ notice required for cancellation.
