Course Length & Pricing

All Stage 1 and Rising Stars / Preschool classes are 45-minute lessons.

All courses run for 8 weeks and are priced at £80.00.

Who Can Join?

• Age Requirement: School-age children (Reception and above). Younger children should start in our Parent-and-Child classes.
• Rising Stars: Ages 3.5+ and Reception. If a child isn’t quite ready, we may suggest switching to a parent-assisted session.

Support & Participation

• Children needing more confidence may benefit from Parent-and-Child classes.
• We cannot provide 1:1 support in group classes. If the coaches feel your child requires more 1:1 support, they will recommend a class transfer to Parent-and-Child.
• Parents are not permitted to assist in independent sessions. We have an upstairs viewing gallery and a downstairs café.

Booking Info

• Bookings are non-refundable.
• You’ll receive a link to complete emergency/medical details two days before the course begins. This must be completed before your child can begin training.

Near New Hall Lane & Ribbleton Avenue – parking is limited.

What to Wear

• Leotard or fitted vest/sports crop/swimming costume; optional shorties or leggings.
• No loose t-shirts unless proper sportswear, as they may untuck or cover the head during handstands.
• Avoid baggy clothing. Club kit is available at reception.

Spectator Info

• Confectionery and drinks are available at reception.
• Watch from the upstairs standing viewing area, or use the gym-side fundraiser café area with a £2 café minimum spend.
• No outside food or drinks permitted.
• Parents must stay onsite.
• There is also a children's PlayGym area for siblings. Please book at reception to purchase a play-pass wristband.

After the Course

• Children continue in their class unless advised otherwise.
• Classes transition to monthly Direct Debit.
• 2 months’ notice required for cancellation.
