All Stage 1 and Rising Stars/Preschool classes are 45-minute weekly lessons.

Who Can Join?

• Stage 1: For school-age children in Reception or above.
• Rising Stars: For children aged 3½ and above, including children in Reception.
• Younger children should begin in one of our Parent-and-Child classes.

Support & Participation

• Children who need additional confidence may benefit from a Parent-and-Child class.
• We cannot provide one-to-one support during group lessons.
• If our coaches feel that your child requires more individual support, they may recommend transferring them to a Parent-and-Child session.
• Parents cannot assist during independent sessions. Spectators can use the upstairs viewing gallery or downstairs fundraiser café.

Important Booking Information

• Bookings are non-refundable.
• Approximately two days before the course begins, you will receive a link to provide your child’s emergency and medical information.
• This information must be completed before your child can begin training.

Located near New Hall Lane and Ribbleton Avenue. Please be aware that onsite parking is limited.

What Should My Child Wear?

• A leotard, fitted sports vest, sports crop or swimming costume.
• Shorties or leggings may also be worn.
• Please avoid baggy clothing and loose T-shirts, as these can move or cover the head during skills such as handstands.
• Club gymnastics kit is available to purchase from reception.

Information for Parents & Spectators

• Parents must remain onsite throughout the lesson.
• Spectators can watch from the upstairs standing viewing area.
• Alternatively, you can use the gym-side fundraiser café area, where a £2 minimum café spend per spectator applies.
• Confectionery and drinks are available from reception.
• Outside food and drinks are not permitted.
• A children’s PlayGym area is available for siblings. Please speak to reception to purchase a play-pass wristband.

What Happens After the Course?

• Your child will continue attending the same class unless our coaches advise otherwise.
• Membership fees will transfer to a monthly Direct Debit.
• A minimum of two months’ notice is required to cancel membership.
