A Fun & Active Introduction to Gymnastics!
A structured and engaging introduction where boys develop strength, coordination and confidence across floor, vault and apparatus — working towards their first Gymnastics Certificate & Badge.

All beginner boys classes are 45-minute lessons.

Who Can Join?
- Age Requirement: School-age children (Reception and above).
- Suitable For: Boys who are new to gymnastics or looking for a fun and structured way to get started.
Support & Participation
- Children needing more confidence may benefit from a gradual introduction to the gym environment.
- We cannot provide 1:1 support in group classes.
- Parents are not permitted to assist in independent sessions.

- Bookings are non-refundable.
- You’ll receive a link to complete emergency/medical details two days before the course begins.

Unit 2, Campbell Street, Preston, PR1 5LX
Near New Hall Lane & Ribbleton Avenue – parking is limited.
What to Wear
- T-shirt or fitted sports top with shorts or joggers suitable for gymnastics.
- Avoid baggy clothing that may get in the way during activities.
- Club kit is available at reception.
Spectator Info
- Confectionery and drinks at reception.
- Watch from the upstairs standing viewing area, or use the new gym side fundraiser café area with a £2 café minimum spend.
- No outside food or drinks permitted.
- Parents must stay onsite.
- There is also a children's play gym area for siblings; please book at reception to purchase a play-pass wristband.
After the Course
- Children continue in their class unless advised otherwise.
- Classes transition to monthly Direct Debit.
- 2 months’ notice required for cancellation.
