PARENT & CHILD GYMNASTICS TASTER COURSE
A Fun & Supportive Start to Gymnastics
Coach-led sessions where children — with their parent/guardian — explore vault, beam, bars and core movement skills in a supportive environment. Coaches guide adults on how best to assist.
Age Requirement
- Minimum age: 2.5 years
- Maximum age: 7 years (or until ready for independent classes)
- Children starting school in September who are ready for independence may join Rising Stars (ages 3.5–5 yrs).

All classes are 45-minute lessons.

Class Info
- Bookings are non-refundable.
- An email is sent two days before the course with a link to complete emergency and medical details.
- Only 1 adult per child in the class. Additional adults can watch from the café area or viewing gallery.
- Babies in car seats may be brought in; older siblings must be supervised by another adult away from the class.

Near New Hall Lane & Ribbleton Avenue – parking is limited.
What to Wear
- Tight-fitting clothes (e.g. leotard & leggings) or fitted sportswear.
- Avoid baggy clothing. Club kit available at reception.
Spectator Info
- Confectionery and drinks at reception.
- Additional adults can watch from the upstairs standing viewing area, or use the new gym side fundraiser café area with a £2 café minimum spend.
- No outside food or drinks permitted.
- There is also a children's play gym area for siblings who come with another adult, please book at reception to purchase a play-pass wristband.
