• Coaches Meeting: Friday evening
• Competition Day: Saturday 11th July
• BBQ & Social Event: Saturday evening

Gymnasts should aim to arrive by Friday, with many families choosing to extend their stay to enjoy a full holiday.

✈️ Travel & Stay

Flights and accommodation are booked independently, giving families flexibility and choice.

Gymnasts often travel with teammates and stay in the same area, creating a shared experience both in and out of the competition.

? Secure Your Place

To confirm your gymnast’s place, a deposit is required:

£50 deposit per athlete
Deadline: 30th April

Places are limited and will be allocated on a first come basis.

What Happens Next

Once your deposit is paid:

• You will receive an invoice for the remaining balance
• Payments can be made by bank transfer
• A unique reference will be provided for your gymnast
• A competition time-off school request letter will be issued

Cancellations

Deposits are fully refundable up until 7th May.
After this date, deposits become non-refundable.

⚠️ Important

The £50 deposit is part of the total entry fee (£199) and is not an additional cost.

Travel and accommodation are not included and must be booked separately. - see the facebook group for discussions around hotels

Every family also receives a curated adventure guide with the best activities, restaurants and sightseeing, all researched for you.
